Oliver Kalz discovered the Wohnzelle at the manufacturer’s site in China and brought the first one to Germany – in response to the growing need for affordable, small-scale housing. The first unit stands in Luckau; the long-term goal is the first Wohnzelle settlement in Germany.

The MK I model (33 m²) costs €139,000, the MK II model (66 m²) €229,000 – each including VAT, transport and installation at the prepared site.
Can I view the Wohnzelle before buying?
Yes – and that is the whole point: the Wohnzelle MK I stands as a display home in Luckau (Brandenburg) and can be viewed by appointment. Your own unit is then made to order.
